Ponzu happens to be one of the characters I adore in Hunter x Hunter even if she, along with many others, didn’t have so much screen time. I remember liking her because she was the only woman examinee during the Hunter Exam arc. While watching the Chimera Ant arc, (because it’s just recently that I got in the mood to watch it as I always stop at Greed Island arc) I found out that Ponzu and Pokkle somehow ended up in a group together. I guess it’s because they’re both drawn to animals? Anyhow, I shipped them, even if the series didn’t allow me to enjoy seeing them together for long.
And I ended up drawing the two. With an out of proportion drawing and terrible coloring. Oh well. I did that while watching because I found Chimera arc a bit crazy.
